Davy Crockett born on August 17, 1786  in Limestone, TN and died on March 6, 1836 in the Alamo, San Antonio, TX. He is my 4th cousin 8x removed. The ancestor who connects us together is Benjamin Harrison III.

David Crockett was an American folk hero, frontiersman, soldier, and politician. He is commonly referred to in popular culture by the epithet “King for the Wild Frontier”. He represented Tennessee within the U.S. House of Representatives and served within the Texas Revolution.
