What is so damn good about oat milk?

Nutritionist Abby Cannon, J.D., R.D describes that from a nourishment viewpoint, oat milk generally contains more calories, carbohydrate foods, and dietary fiber and less protein and fat than dairy milk. From complete dairy that is fat, we can get excellent stability of protein, carbohydrate foods food and fat, alongside essential minerals and vitamins like calcium. One glass of complete cow’s milk that is fat has about 8 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbohydrate foods, and 8 grams of fat. Oat milk provides less protein, fat, and calcium with, on average, 4 grams of protein and 2.5 grams of fat, and much more carbohydrate foods (24 grams).
